Headshot Day FAQs

Your headshot session costs $100. You’ll receive 5 professionally edited and retouched photos.

Please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. You will be charged the remaining $75 upon arrival.

Each session is 15 minutes. We like to keep things on schedule, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

In our experience, we recommend solid, dark, and neutral colors, along with simple, clean styles that reflect your brand. Avoid busy patterns and company logos unless it’s very intentional. Please do not wear white, as we will be shooting on a white background.

We will allow up to one outfit change. There is a private restroom in our office available for changing in; however, we recommend starting with a top or blouse and then layering with a jacket or sports coat.

You will receive a link to your digital files within 2 business days of your session.

We don’t currently have plans for another event like this, so make sure to secure your session!

Absolutely! We would love to talk with you about your vision. Let us know at your session or send us a quick form with your details, and we can schedule a dedicated discovery meeting.

If something comes up, there will be a rescheduling link in the Calendly confirmation email. If you are unable to figure out how to reschedule, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Headshot day is perfect for individuals, but if you have a team (especially of 5+ people), we recommend scheduling a dedicated shoot day. You can book time at our studio, or we can come to you and, if needed, set up our lighting gear in your space.

We work with large teams, including doctors’ offices, real estate brokers, construction teams, accounting firms, vet clinics, and sales teams. We prefer to have the whole team come in on a single day to ensure consistency in the photos, but we can also photograph new hires as needed.
