However, when the company was purchased by new owners, they needed to re-establish themselves as the premier luxury home builder in the Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan region, as well as get their team realigned with the company’s new mission and vision.
Defining the Brand
Town & Country Builders is one of the well-known and respected builders in the Michiana market. They had evolved over their nearly 50 years in business from doing home remodels to building luxurious lakefront homes.
During their onboarding, we heard time and again about how they aim to be the leading provider of beautiful homes with exceptional craftsmanship, personalizing their service to each client’s needs, and creating homes that truly enhance their clients’ quality of life.
Meet the Brand’s Target Audience
Wendy & Martin
Wendy and Martin are in their 60s and approaching retirement. They have raised 3 children, who have all grown up and moved out. Two of their children are married and have kids of their own.
Wendy and Martin have discussed for years that they want to build their dream lake house to settle down in. They have finally decided they are going to do it and are on a search to find the right builder.
Steph & Trevor
Steph and Trevor are both in their 40s with a child in middle school and one in high school. Steph has a career as a dental hygienist and Trevor is a sales executive for a local RV company. They have decided it’s time to upgrade to a larger home that they can customize to fit their busy lifestyle.

The architectural icon, rendered in a warm gold tone, symbolizes craftsmanship, stability, and timeless design. Its clean lines and balanced composition convey both tradition and innovation.
Website Design + Development
This website features a clean and modern design, making consistent use of the new brand, and uses a mix of serif and sans serif fonts to convey traditional and contemporary style. The user experience is further enhanced with easy site navigation so that users can easily find the information that is relevant to their needs.
The company website was created to evolve as the company grows – it is easy for the client to add case studies, portfolio pages, blog posts, and update photography as new projects are completed.
