1. Services Offered

Jointly Studios provides branding, graphic design, social media management, ads management, content creation, and professional video production services. Specific services are outlined in individual client contracts, with each service subject to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

Most of our contracts are structured on a monthly or annual retainer basis. Any work performed outside the agreed scope will be billed at our agency hourly rates, which vary based on the service. All payments are due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed work or for contracts that are terminated early by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely communication throughout the project. If no communication is received within 10 business days, we will consider this as approval to proceed with the work outlined in the contract.

4. Ownership of Deliverables

Ownership of content is governed by the terms of each individual contract. Unless otherwise specified:

•Jointly Studios retains all rights to raw files and materials and may use them for portfolio or marketing purposes.

•Clients retain rights to:

•Post-produced photo libraries and videos.

•Content posted on their social media accounts.

•The entirety of their website content.

5. Contract Termination

Jointly Studios does not allow early termination of contracts with ongoing commitments. In the event a client ceases working with us during their contract period, Jointly Studios will seek full payment for the remaining term of the contract.

For month-to-month contracts (outside of a contractual commitment period), a 60-day notice is required to cease services.

6. Out-of-Scope Work

Any work that is not covered by the scope of the contract will be billed at our agency’s hourly rate, and this will be communicated to the client in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jointly Studios is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability to a client shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered during the 12 months preceding the claim.

•A user requests to be removed or unsubscribed from our marketing efforts.
